The house

Luminela has heritage dating to 1780 and interiors combining antiques, artworks and Cycladic architecture. The villa has 75 sqm of living space and 75 sqm of outdoor space. Two bedrooms are on the ground level and one is on the lower level; each has an en-suite marble bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The living room has a 37-inch LCD cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system with Bluetooth. A fully equipped kitchen serves the main living area. Outdoors are a private heated pool, sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, a pergola-shaded dining area seating up to eight, and a private side sea-view patio with chairs and a table. Included services are a welcome drink, daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, linen changes twice weekly, daily towel changes and pool freshening. Arrival delicacies, a dedicated concierge, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request. Bath amenities, hairdryers, bathrobes, slippers, a vanity unit, ironing facilities and a safe box are available. A baby cot is available on request.
