The pool is a few steps from the house in a lawned area partially shaded by trees. It measures 4 x 8 m, has a uniform depth of 1.40 m, internal steps, surrounding sunbeds and a nearby outdoor shower. It is available from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.

The villa is in the hills just outside Montemaggiore al Metauro. Torrette di Fano beach is 20 km away, and Fano is about 20 minutes away by car. The property is reached by an unpaved road for the last 800 metres. Shops and services in Calcinelli are 4.5 km away. The villa offers access to the A14 motorway, Fano train station and Ancona airport.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not fenced. Heating costs €30 per day and are paid locally.
