The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry, ample preparation space and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, dishes and utensils. A barbecue is also available.
The primary bedroom has a California king bed, split air conditioning, a private office and sitting area, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, separate walk-in tile shower, dual vanities and separate his-and-hers toilets. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed, split air conditioning and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Multiple lanais provide outdoor dining and lounging spaces beside tropical gardens and a spacious private lawn. An outdoor shower, cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels are available. Additional beach equipment can be rented for a charge. The home also has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, linens, Wi-Fi, smart television and satellite or cable television. Safety equipment includes smoke detection, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.
