The primary bedroom has a California king bed, split air conditioning, a private office and sitting area, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, separate walk-in tile shower, dual vanities and separate his-and-hers toilets. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed, split air conditioning and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Multiple lanais provide outdoor dining and lounging spaces beside tropical gardens and a spacious private lawn. An outdoor shower, cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels are available. Additional beach equipment can be rented for a charge. The home also has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, linens, Wi-Fi, smart television and satellite or cable television. Safety equipment includes smoke detection, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.

Princeville walking path, Princeville Center shops and Hideaways Pizza Pub are within walking distance. Hanalei Bay, Puu Poa Beach, Hideaways Beach, Makai Golf Club and Kilauea Town are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to stays of 10 nights or more, with two mid-stay cleanings required for stays of 21 nights or longer; these charges are separate from departure cleaning.
