## About the house

Guests have exclusive access to the full apartment, which has high ceilings, traditional features and large windows. The open-plan kitchen and dining space has modern appliances, cookware and a wooden dining table with four chairs. One step leads down into the living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV.

One step leads up into the bedroom, which has a double bed, drawers, a wardrobe and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Bed linens, body soap and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The upper garden has shared seating and a lawn bordered by flowers and shrubs, reached by two sets of stone steps. Some garden areas are private and reserved for the owners. Private allocated parking accommodates one car; there is no EV charging.

Alnwick town centre, its shops and eateries, and Alnwick Castle are approximately a mile away. Alnmouth Train Station is four miles from Alnwick, with direct services to Newcastle, Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Penzance. Bus routes from Alnwick serve Ashington, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Morpeth, Seahouses, Wooler and Newcastle. Newcastle Airport is 34 miles from Alnwick.
