The house

The well-appointed studio is exclusively for your use. Skycable Wi-Fi is advertised at 50 Mbps, and self check-in is available anytime using a lockbox in front of the unit.

The condominium complex has shared clubhouse lounges, a main drop-off area, function hall and function rooms, a BDO ATM and Touchpay cash machine, a convenience store, snack bar, small bakery and Solace Massage Spa. There is an in-house restaurant on the sixth floor of Hibiscus.

Shared recreation facilities include playgrounds, basketball and badminton courts, pocket gardens, a jogging/biking path, billiards, a sports lounge, and observatory sky lounges on the Iris and Hibiscus roof decks. Laundry services and a laundromat are available within the complex. Gym and pool access require a separate membership fee.

Paid parking is first come, first served near the open area after the guardhouse. The charge is P50 for the first 3 hours and P15 for each subsequent hour. Makati and Rockwell are 5 minutes away.
