House rules
No pets, smoking, parties, large gatherings, loud noises or outside guests. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Leave the property in the same condition as on arrival. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and verify your identity before arrival. A security deposit of €500.00 is requested in advance. Lost keys cost €120 per set; security keys may cost more, and lock replacement may incur an additional charge. Smoking violations incur a minimum €180 fee. Prohibited gatherings or noise may result in cancellation without refund and eviction by a security team; associated costs may be charged against the security deposit. Excessive electricity usage may be charged per KWT at the owner's discretion. Free cancellation is offered up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
The home is on the ground floor in a residential area. Local shops, Kilmainham Gaol and the Museum of Modern Art are a 10-minute walk away.
