House rules
All guests must complete a registration form required by Portuguese local law, sent after reservation confirmation. The house is self-catered. A complimentary first-day hygiene welcome kit is provided; replacements or refills cost extra. Additional keys, cleaning and bedding are available as extra services; contact the team for charges. Contact the team for details about a travel cot, high chair, or towel and bedding exchanges. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, the utilities allowance for water, electricity and internet is limited to €150.00. Longer stays are allowed. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

The house is on Avenida da Boavista, a short walk from Casa da Música. Metro stations and bus stops are nearby, with taxis and ride-sharing services also available. The exact address and detailed arrival instructions are provided after booking.
