House rules

No smoking, parties or events, pets, or groups of young people up to 18 years old. Contact the agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. Check-in is available daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is collected by credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the booking. Optional linen: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed. Optional bath mat: €3 per booking. Optional final cleaning: €111 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. The page gives conflicting descriptions of tourist tax: one says it is payable before the stay in addition to the rental amount, while another says it is included in the total price. Confirm the tax treatment before booking.

Getting there

Kermil beach is 1.5 km away and Kerveltrec beach is 2 km away; no travel mode is stated. The adjoining space may be occupied by the owners. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use household sockets for charging. A dedicated charging point is recommended.
