House rules
Maximum five guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. The fireplace is not for guest use. Use your own accounts for streaming services. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; there is no refund within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules, and the cancellation policy.
Getting there
A spiral staircase leads to both upstairs bedrooms; there are no ground-floor bedrooms. Rehoboth Avenue, the boardwalk, and the beach are accessible on foot or by bicycle. Playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a farmer’s market, and coffee shops are within walking distance.
