The townhome sleeps up to five guests. The first floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen area, a patio, and a powder room. A spiral staircase leads to two upstairs bedrooms, a second-floor deck, and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed; Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one twin bed.

Guests have access to the on-site community pool. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space. Streaming services are available using guests’ own accounts.

Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, nightlife, the boardwalk, and the beach are accessible on foot or by bicycle. Playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a farmer’s market, and coffee shops are also within walking distance. The home is in the Scarborough Village development.

Maximum five guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. The fireplace is not for guest use. Use your own accounts for streaming services. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; there is no refund within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules, and the cancellation policy.
