The house

The apartment is on the first floor of a small, quiet residence built from traditional Bordeaux stone. It has a bedroom with a double bed and storage, plus a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed and privacy curtains. There is a large, bright living room, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area with a dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet.

The kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. Heating, a hair dryer, a laptop-friendly workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment are provided. Bed linen and towels are included, and professional cleaning takes place before and after each stay. An arrival welcome pack contains a sponge, coffee pod, bin bag, toilet paper, individual soap sachet and dishwasher tablet.

The Saint-Michel neighbourhood has cobbled streets, the Saint-Michel basilica and spire, and a flea market. Parts of the district are UNESCO-listed. Extra services offered include luggage storage, a private driver, children’s equipment and activities. The accommodation is intended for medium-term stays of 30 days or more.
