House rules
No loud noise from 22:00 to 08:00, parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Small to medium-sized pets require advance approval and a photo before arrival; an additional AUD 200 cleaning fee applies per stay with pets. Do not charge e-bikes overnight or leave them on unsupervised. Breaches of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Key collection is onsite, with details provided three days before check-in for confirmed bookings. Early check-in and late checkout incur an additional charge and are subject to availability assessed the night before; booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability, guarantees the corresponding extra access. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned to an address within Australia subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
The closest bus stop is 800 m away on Hillview Cct after Stewart Pl. Shellharbour Airport is 20 km away, approximately 20 minutes by car or one hour by public transport. The apartment is on the ground floor. Children aged 2–12 are welcome.
