Do not charge e-bikes overnight or leave them on unsupervised. Breaches of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Key collection is onsite, with details provided three days before check-in for confirmed bookings.
