House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and check-out. Optional pool heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. A 2027 pool-date extension costs $150 plus tax per week. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is soundfront, with a private pier and dock. The beach is a two-block walk away; the named beach access is Acorn Oak Ave Beach Access.
