## About the house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 2 has two king ensuite bedrooms with shower/whirlpool tub combinations, a twin bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a half bathroom and the den. Level 3 has another king ensuite with a shower/whirlpool tub combination and deck access.

Level 1 has the pool, hot tub, gas grill, private pier and dock, foyer and laundry. The level 3 great room has a gas fireplace and entertainment center, alongside a kitchen with double dishwashers and ovens, a dining area and a four-seat breakfast/wet bar. Level 4 has a ship’s watch with a game table and office area.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs/DVD/CD players, a washer and dryer, two outdoor showers, a basketball hoop and outdoor furniture. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes drip and pod coffee makers, a blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. Municipal water and a welcome program are available.

The private outdoor pool has seasonal opening dates and optional paid heating outside July and August. The gas fireplace is seasonally available. Parking accommodates six vehicles. Entry is keyless.

The home is soundfront, with a private pier and dock. The beach is a two-block walk away; the named beach access is Acorn Oak Ave Beach Access.

No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and check-out. Optional pool heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. A 2027 pool-date extension costs $150 plus tax per week. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
