The home features 1950s architecture, an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and walls of glass facing the yard. Indoor features include a fireplace, flatscreen TVs, high-speed internet and upgraded heating and cooling systems. The private walled backyard has a saltwater pool with a tanning deck and integrated waterfall spa, lounge chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, firepit lounge, outdoor fireplace, living pavilion, dining for eight, a bar with a built-in BBQ grill and smoker, and a bocce ball court.
