House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. Long-term stays are allowed. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
Getting there
Walk to skiing, hiking, dining and shopping in the Mountain Village core. An elevator serves both floors. Parking is limited to one car. The central location can bring substantial activity around the building during peak seasons. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the reservation team for current updates.
