## About the house

The villa has a living-dining room with a Smart TV and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes: two have a double bed each, one has two single beds, and one has a trundle bed. There are three full bathrooms, including two en-suite bathrooms. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 1–2 metres deep. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a furnished porch and a barbecue area provide space for outdoor relaxation and meals. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for four cars are available.

Playa Honda Beach is 500 metres away, a short stroll from the house. The area is on the shores of the Mar Menor, with a fine-sand beach and warm, shallow waters suitable for swimming, paddle surfing and sailing. Cabo de Palos and Calblanque Regional Park are a few minutes away. A cot and high chair are not available.
