The house

The villa sleeps eight across four king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Living and family rooms provide indoor gathering spaces, and the air-conditioned living and dining areas include a marble dining table seating 10. The equipped kitchen has modern appliances, ample counter space and a dishwasher. Housekeepers, a chef and a butler are included; the chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The 1-acre patio includes lawns, tropical planting, poolside loungers, outdoor dining, a barbecue area, covered seating and an open-air pavilion beside the private infinity pool. A lanai or balcony is also available.

Every bedroom has air conditioning, a temperature-regulating mattress, 800-thread-count linens, a smart TV with cable and an Amazon Echo. The primary ensuite has a stone-tiled bathtub, double vanity and outdoor shower. Guest bedroom 2 has garden-facing windows; guest bedroom 3 has tropical views and an open-air garden shower; guest bedroom 4 has garden access and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is also a powder room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, parking, hot water, a safe, a hair dryer, shampoo and a speaker system.

Minitas Beach is 0.4 miles away and within walking distance. The Marina is 2.1 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.6 miles away; the Tennis Center is 1.4 miles away; the Shooting Center is 2 miles away; and Altos de Chavon is 2.8 miles away. La Romana International Airport (LRM) serves the area.

Registration with Casa de Campo provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Resort access is arranged through the resort rather than the villa and requires registration fees.
