House rules
Non-smoking villa. No pets allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Occupancy is based on double occupancy per bedroom, subject to final owner confirmation. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fee apply separately. Resort registration fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. The security deposit equals one night's stay.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 0.5 miles away. Resort registration is required before arrival, with guest names and passport numbers submitted in advance.
