## About the house

The house accommodates 10 guests in five air-conditioned twin bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on the living-room sofa bed. The ground floor has an air-conditioned dining/living area with Smart TV and sofas, a separate equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor has three twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, plus an additional bathroom with bathtub. The top-floor twin bedroom has an en suite shower bathroom and direct access to the second terrace. Stairs connect the floors.

A furnished terrace provides an outdoor dining area. There are direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The residential complex has a shared chlorinated pool measuring 19 × 8 metres, with depths from 1 to 2 metres. Pool opening and closing dates follow community regulations and can change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
