## About the house

The house has a front terrace for outdoor meals and a traditional living-dining room with two sofas and satellite TV. The fireplace is decorative. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, worktops and a dining table with chairs. A laundry room behind the kitchen contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board; stairs lead to the upper floor.

There are five bedrooms, four with wardrobes. The two downstairs bedrooms each have two single beds and a fan, and share the floor's bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with a single bed, plus two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A second living room upstairs has air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and a cot are available. There is no pool or parking.

The surrounding coastal residential area has shops, restaurants, seaside ice-cream parlours and a promenade beside Can Picafort Beach. Golf Alcanada is 14 km away.

Artà-Alcúdia bus stop in Can Picafort is 0.70 km away; Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port is 12 km away; Hospital Comarcal de Inca is 25.6 km away. There is no private beach access.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace is decorative. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
