Lorne Lodge accommodates up to 10 guests in three bedrooms. The bottom level has a children's bunk-room retreat. Two double bedrooms on the middle level have access to the lower deck, with two separate bathrooms and laundry facilities also on this level. The top level has an updated open-plan living and kitchen area, a pitched ceiling and northerly views over Louttit Bay. Facilities include a wood heater, ceiling fans, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster. A bathtub, shower, dryer, iron, heating, hot water and smoke detector are provided. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Local professional management provides 24/7 support.

The townhouse spans three storeys. The children's bunk-room retreat is on the bottom level, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry facilities are on the middle level, and the living and kitchen area is on the top level. The main beach is nearby. Parking is limited to two car spaces.

No pets. Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use only unless previously agreed, and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; contact management if this changes. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
