Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy is limited to the guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.

Lorne's main street is within easy walking distance. Beach options include the Swing Bridge side and the Surf Club side. The home is arranged across two levels.
