Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Lorne main beach is close by. Parking is limited to one car space. Lift access is available.
