Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.

The apartment spans two storeys. Parking is limited to one space.
