House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. The home accommodates up to 18 overnight guests, with each bedroom accommodating 2 guests plus 1 extra guest. Alcohol and smoking are allowed. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours; keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require the owner's approval. Meals for events can be arranged at an additional cost, and pool access for events is subject to approval. Mothers of infants or small children have limited kitchen access; other guests may not access the kitchen.
