## About the house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top level has a great room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a furnished screened porch and decks. Its oceanside king ensuite has deck access, a standing shower and a whirlpool tub.

The middle level has two queen ensuite bedrooms, each with a shower/tub combination and covered-deck access, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. A separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This level also has a den with a mini-refrigerator and covered decks.

The ground-level patio has a private gated saltwater pool and hot tub. Outdoor facilities include an outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, a basketball hoop, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Pool opening dates are April 25–October 10, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027; the published pool size is 16 × 31.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable and streaming TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. Keyless entry is provided. Shopping, dining and entertainment in Corolla are a short drive away.
