## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests. Level 1 contains the entry. Level 2 has two oceanside king bedrooms with deck access, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk set. One king bedroom has a semi-private bathroom with a standing shower. A further full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Laundry and the hot tub are on this level.

Level 3 has an oceanside king bedroom and a full bathroom with a standing shower, plus the great room, kitchen, dining area, Florida room with a double sleep sofa, and screened porch. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoors, there is Wi-Fi, streaming TV and foosball, along with central heating and air conditioning. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are supplied. The Welcome Program provides arrival starter supplies including paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, bathroom hand soap and toilet paper.

The home has easy access to the beach and Duck village, with beach access at Osprey Beach Access. The private pool’s published 2026 opening period is April 25–October 10. The home does not have access to the community outdoor pool.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee and is subject to qualification.
