House rules
The property is non-smoking. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not accepted. Parties are not permitted, and bookings may be cancelled if the no-party policy is breached. Accommodation is for up to 6 adults and 4 children in family groups; the bunk beds are suitable for children only.
Getting there
The house is directly opposite Belongil Beach, with direct beach access, and is a 15-minute coastal walk from Byron Bay town centre. The property has two off-street parking spaces.
