No smoking. No pets. Additional tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. The beach and home are private, while beach access is subject to the stated Grand Cayman public-beach rules.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront in Gun Bay, with a white-sand beach and snorkeling access. Ocean Frontiers is about 100 yards away; the property is also within walking distance of restaurants and a small shop. The water is described as more suitable for snorkeling than swimming, and pool shoes or fins are advised. Seasonal sargassum and ocean debris may affect the beach.
