An oversized sectional provides group seating. The renovated kitchen has premium appliances, an island with seating, a breakfast nook and a separate formal dining area. The covered lanai has a dining table for eight. Two primary suites have ensuite bathrooms. The first has pool views, a walk-in closet and a large walk-in shower; access is through the optional fifth bedroom or the exterior lanai. The second has garden views, a Smart TV and a tub/shower combination. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and access to the pool area. The optional fifth bedroom doubles as a sitting room adjoining the primary suite and can be locked off from it. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in all rooms. The private backyard includes a pool, tropical planting, plumeria trees, shaded seating, a firepit lounge and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and coolers are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
