Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome for a €9 charge per stay. Please notify the hotel when booking.
Is parking available?
Private secured parking is 150 m from the hotel. Individual garages are also available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Parking and garages are paid and require advance reservation: parking €8 per night, car garage €8 per night, motorcycle garage €5 per motorcycle and bicycle garage €2 per bicycle.
How far is the Millau Viaduct?
The Millau Viaduct is about 5 km away, around a 10-minute drive. The Brocuéjouls viewing area is 12 minutes from the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The buffet costs €12.80 per adult or €6.40 per child aged 4–12 and is served daily from 07:30 to 10:00.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No. There is no elevator, and several levels are accessible only by stairs.
What are the reception hours?
Reception is open from 07:45 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00.
What are the restaurant hours?
La Chaleur Nordique serves dinner from 19:00 to 20:30. Advance table reservations are recommended.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and shared areas.
