House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 25 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Final cleaning is mandatory. Outdoor furniture is available from May 1 to October 1. Up to 13 people can sleep at the property using the additional sleeping arrangements. A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival.
Getting there
The house is on the edge of the bay with a private jetty and bathing ladder. A sandy beach is 0 m away and a rock beach beside the sea is 1 m away. Torreby GK is 950 m away; Uddevalla is about 30 minutes by car. A boat can be rented for at least three days, with an engine included; a boating licence or equivalent and a separate rental agreement are required.
