Modern loft located in a position that allows you to reach the center of Turin and the Lingotto Fiere complex in just a few minutes by subway, and is in a position that allows you to reach the Valentino Park and Castle in just a few minutes, even on foot. The INALPI Arena is also not far away.

Each loft is dedicated to a Turin excellence. This loft is dedicated to the world's largest coffee roasting company, founded in Turin in 1895.
The accommodation consists of a large loft space furnished with a sofa, television, dining table, and open kitchen.
