The loft has large windows and balconies with sea views, and the building has a lift. The living area includes a sofa, a double sofa bed, a television and a dining area. A small equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and is separated from the main space by a sliding wooden divider. It has direct access to the main bathroom with a shower and marble finishes. A separate toilet serves the living area. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The main train station is a 15-minute walk away and is the terminus for trains and buses to and from the airport. Palermo's historic districts offer heritage sights, a Baroque itinerary and tours of the Ballarò and Capo markets.
The building is undergoing renovation and painting, which may cause daytime noise. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
