Charming apartment located in a position that allows you to reach the center of Turin and the
Lingotto Fiere complex in just a few minutes by subway, and is in a position that allows you to
reach the Valentino Park and Castle in just a few minutes, even on foot. The INALPI Arena is also
not far away.
Even for those who choose this property for health reasons, it is close to the
main hospitals in the city.
The area is well served by public transport and all essential services are available in the area,
from mini-markets to typical restaurants.
The accommodation, located on the ground floor and arranged on two floors, opens onto a living area consisting of a sofa, television and dining table. The kitchen is complete with amenities such as a freezer, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. The sleeping area, which is located on the upper floor, offers a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout.
Each loft is dedicated to a Turin specialty. This loft is dedicated to chocolate,
often called “the food of the gods.” For at least two hundred years, Turin has been home to about 100 companies
in this sector, of which about twenty are “masters of taste.”

For a stroll among the greenery and the scent of flowers, you can visit the Botanical Garden of Turin built on the left side of the Po River, and the famous Valentino Park close to the historic center. Today the province stands as Italy's best center for chocolate processing, and every year the "Cioccolatò" event is inaugurated with parties, events, and tastings.
