The apartment starts on the ground floor and extends over two levels. The living area has a sofa and dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, boiler, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs are one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The loft is themed around a Turin company founded in 1863 whose name appears in international cocktails. The surrounding area has public transportation, convenience stores and traditional restaurants, and is close to the city's main hospitals. Downtown Turin and the Lingotto Fiere complex are a few minutes away by subway. Valentino Park, Valentino Castle and the INALPI Arena are within walking distance.

Turin Caselle Airport is about 30 minutes away by car. Turin Porta Nuova Station is about 10 minutes away by car, and Turin Porta Susa Station about 15 minutes.
