House rules
Advance reservations are required for overnight stays; reserve by 20:00 on the day before arrival. Check-in is 15:00–20:00 and checkout is 10:00, though some lodging plans may differ. Children cannot stay without an accompanying adult. Children aged four or younger stay free, limited to two per family; additional children are charged the regular rate. Child-only meal menus are not offered. Only the designated BBQ site may be used for BBQ; separate waste sorting is required for waste to be accepted. Fireworks that launch or make noise are prohibited; handheld fireworks are allowed until 22:00 only in the designated riverside area, after notifying the front desk. Dogs are allowed only in cabins, with a limit of two.
Getting there
The property is beside the Okutake River. The JR Bungo-Kiyokawa Station is 2.3 km away, about a 30-minute walk. A free station pickup may be arranged only when the train time is confirmed in advance. The property is 36 km, about 50 minutes by car, from Oita-Mera Interchange. On-site parking accommodates up to 50 vehicles.
