The guest accommodation is arranged on one level, with a traditional interior and an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV. The large eat-in kitchen has a gas cooker, a wood-burning cooker and a microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning. One contains a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other contains two single beds. There is a second shower bathroom in the house. A cot and highchair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.
The fenced grounds offer privacy, outdoor sitting areas and a barbecue. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Campos, 5 km away, provides basic services. Ses Covetes beach is 16.6 km away, and Es Trenc is another nearby coastal destination. The first floor is not available to guests.
