## About the house

The fenced house has front and rear terraces and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The ground floor contains an air-conditioned living-dining room with a television, a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave and table with chairs, and a separate toilet.

The first floor has a shower bathroom and three bedrooms: one with two single beds and a fan, one with a double bed and air conditioning, and one with two single beds and air conditioning. The top-floor bedroom has a double bed, a fan, terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Every bedroom has a wardrobe. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.

A separate laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is no pool or property parking. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are available in Colònia de Sant Jordi. Nearby outings include the harbour, El Marques and Es Trenc beaches, boat excursions to Cabrera and visits to the salt mines.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
