The second-floor apartment has parquet floors and no elevator. Its open-plan living and dining area has satellite TV, harbour views and an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. The terrace overlooks the port.

Two bedrooms each have two single beds. The double bedroom has a TV with Spanish channels, terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Two bedrooms have dressing rooms, while the third has a wardrobe. A second bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair are available. The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ducted air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are provided. There is no pool.

The apartment faces the harbour, where guests can stroll beside the boats. Cala Marçal sandy beach is 1.5 km away. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are in the town centre. Son Sant Joan Airport is 59.5 km away, Manacor train station 24.6 km, the Portocolom bus stop 2.6 km, Palma ferry terminal 67.3 km and Hospital de Manacor 25.3 km away.
