House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Large groups of unrelated young adults under 30, stag or hen parties, events and parties are not accepted. Outside noise is restricted after midnight by local laws. Smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed. The steep, open metal spiral staircase to the Crows Nest is out of bounds to children unless accompanied by an adult. A child pool safety fence must be ordered at booking if required. Guests must provide passport information for every party member when requested by the property manager before arrival. The pool is unavailable from 07:00 to 09:00 on two days per week, or possibly three during very hot periods, for maintenance. Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
Getting there
The villa is about 750 metres from the beach and seafront promenade. Restaurants, beach bars, sports facilities and shops are described as 7-20 minutes away by a stroll beside the sea. A car is described as not being a daily requirement.
