Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Pets up to 50 kg are welcome, with an optional charge of 50€/Stay. A damage deposit of 200.00EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory electricity charge: 0.25€/KW. Mandatory final cleaning: 100€/Stay. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.
