The house accommodates five guests plus two additional guests on the living-room sofa bed. Outdoor space includes a 14 m² furnished porch, a 20 m² terrace and a barbecue. Privacy is partial.
The bright living-dining room has a television and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine and citrus juicer. Crockery and tea towels are provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
There are three bedrooms, including one with a double bed, and one bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. All rooms have a fan; the house has four ceiling fans and one standing fan. Towels are provided. There is no air conditioning, Wi-Fi or swimming pool.
Street parking is available. Oliva town is 0.1 km away, the bus stop is 3.5 km away, and Gandia train station and hospital are 11 km away. The ferry in Dénia is 22 km away. Oliva Nova equestrian centre is five minutes away.
