The house has two floors. The ground floor contains a living and dining area with two sofas, satellite TV and a dining table. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All three upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and direct terrace access. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has a single bed. A cot and high chair are available. There is a ground-floor bathroom with a shower and two upstairs bathrooms with bathtubs; one bathroom has no window. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside there are terraces, a porch, a barbecue, a garden, parasols and two outdoor showers. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus and taxi services are within walking distance.
