When does check-in start?
Check-in starts at 4pm. Services and activities are closed from 1pm to 4pm.
What activities are available?
Camel rides and bicycles are complimentary. Dune hikes are recommended for sunset. Dune-bashing (45 minutes) costs AED 600 per person, and Jeep tours (approximately 90 minutes) cost AED 1,500 for up to four people; both are available on weekends only. Organic date-farm tours (approximately three hours) cost AED 400 per person, are seasonal and require advance notice; February and March are recommended for seeing date pollination. Falcon training shows are available by request and advance notice.
Are meals included?
Standard room rates include breakfast and dinner. Meals are served in the dining room at designated times. Room service and meals delivered to tents are not offered.
Is Wi-Fi available?
5G is available throughout the property, and Wi-Fi is available in common areas.
Are pets allowed?
Guests may not bring dogs or other animals. Arabian Salukis are on the property.
