The house

The top floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a private sea-view terrace, a bathroom with a toilet and shower enclosure, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, and a living room with a double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The ground floor has a king-size double bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request, a bathroom with a toilet and shower enclosure, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, a TV and a private sea-view terrace.

Outdoor spaces include large terraces overlooking Kalo Livadi bay, a private swimming pool with a two-seater jacuzzi corner, covered pergolas, a dining table for six, a built-in sofa, sunbeds and lounge chairs. Both floors have Wi-Fi and security alarms, and the whole house is air conditioned. Private parking and a washer/dryer are available.

The house has two flat-screen TVs, two hairdryers, closets, an iron and ironing board, and windows with mosquito nets. Linen, towels, pillows, bed covers, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Linen and towels are changed twice a week; maid service, travel assistance and a complimentary escort to the villa are available.

Services available on request include car rental, Greek and international cooking, grocery shopping, babysitting, children's furniture, yacht rental, restaurant reservations, transfers and chauffeur services.

The ground floor is described as a sleeping area with its own kitchenette and bathroom; confirm the bedroom separation and access between floors with the host.
