What staying here is like
The remodeled home has an open floor plan, designer furnishings and glass walls opening onto a patio overlooking the pool yard. The walled grounds include a pool, spa, outdoor dining, built-in BBQ and bar, fire pit, bocce ball and horseshoes. An upper patio has a lounge pavilion and additional outdoor dining. Indoors are a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, upgraded heating and cooling systems and four flatscreen TVs. A garage gym has a Peloton bike and punching bag, and two bicycles are available for neighborhood rides. All three sleeping quarters have a king bed, storage and a flatscreen TV; the attached casita also has a full-size convertible sofa, living area and kitchenette.
